Based in Wokingham, and working with local trades for over 15 years, we’ve successfully undertaken extensions, orangeries, entire interior renovations, and simpler home improvements including knock throughs.

Our approach is to understand and meet the clients requirements, give good advice, and complete the work thoroughly to a high quality standard.

About PAB Building Ltd.

Our team has a track record of working together to bring projects to a successful conclusion for our clients. I have personally spent the last 15 years as part of Ian Howlett’s Crowthorne based business. Now at a point where Ian will move into a consultative role, I am taking on running the business. We will maintain our close working arrangement, as well as the experienced trade and supplier network. This is established under my name as PAB Building Ltd.

I have personal experience of carpentry, groundworks, plumbing and landscaping, as well as managing building projects for a number of years.

Of course, our projects all require a skilled team. You can rest assured that the skilled tradesmen on your job have a long standing track record of delivering quality results. We have the same group of talented tradesmen and sub contractors in place that have been working together for years. We have the flexibility to take on small to mid sized projects as well as larger schemes with this agile set up. The years of experience means that you have the assurance of both knowledge and attention to detail. We have the flexability to take on any project, no matter the size, with this agile setup.
